Accessibility Statement

Measured HRIS is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people

with disabilities. We believe accessibility is part of treating every visitor as a valued guest, and

we are working to make our digital experience usable by the widest possible audience.

Conformance Target

We aim to align our website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. As a pre-launch landing page, we are working toward conformance and will continue to expand our accessibility practices as the Measured HRIS platform grows.

Steps We Are Taking

To support accessibility, we:

• Use clear, simple language

• Maintain consistent structure and headings

• Aim for readable typography and sufficient color contrast

• Provide alt text for meaningful images

• Use semantic HTML so the site works with screen readers

• Test with keyboard navigation

• Test on common browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and on desktop and mobile devices

As the product evolves, we will continue to incorporate accessibility into our design and development process from the start, rather than as an afterthought.

Compatibility with Assistive Technology

Our site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers and with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.

Known Limitations

We are a small, early-stage team and our website is evolving. Some content or features may not yet meet our accessibility goals. Known limitations may include:

• Third-party embedded content (such as forms, analytics, or video) that is outside our

direct control

• Newly added pages or features that have not yet been fully reviewed

• PDF documents created before we adopted current accessibility standards

If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us and we will work to provide the information or function in an accessible alternative format.

Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we build out the full Measured HRIS platform, we plan to expand our measures, improve compatibility with assistive technologies, and engage external accessibility expertise to conduct more formal evaluations. We will update this statement as our practices evolve.
